Requesting a review

Email supportviralboosty@gmail.com with your Order ID and a clear description of the issue. Each request is reviewed against the order status and delivery records.

Before delivery starts

If you report incorrect order details before processing starts, we may be able to correct or cancel the order. A change is not guaranteed once it has entered processing.

Unfulfilled orders

If ViralBoosty cannot fulfil an eligible paid order, we may offer a retry, replacement, account credit or refund as appropriate. Natural drops or changes made by a social platform do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Provider and banking timelines may vary. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
